Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Bondwell's educational workshops, organisational tools, and peer community programmes. Please read this document carefully. By enrolling in a programme or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Bondwell provides general family education and communication workshops only. Nothing on our website or in our programmes constitutes professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, therapeutic, or otherwise.
1. Definitions
Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
- "Bondwell", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the business operating under the Bondwell name at 77 Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand.
- "Services" means all educational workshops, document-organisation sessions, membership programmes, and related community offerings made available by Bondwell.
- "You" or "User" means any individual who accesses our website, registers for a programme, or uses our Services.
- "Content" means all text, materials, guides, session recordings, templates, and other resources provided through the Services.
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
- "Programme" means any specific workshop, course, session, or membership tier offered by Bondwell.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in any Programme, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- You are acting in your personal capacity or are duly authorised to act on behalf of another person or family.
- You have read and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use our Services.
3. Service Description
Bondwell offers the following educational programmes to families and individuals in Thailand:
- Co-ordination & Communication Class — a group educational class focused on shared decision-making and respectful coordination. All content is skills-based and general in nature.
- Family Documents Setup — a guided session providing templates and a structural framework for organising shared family records, schedules, and contacts.
- Together Membership — a year-long community membership providing access to regular group sessions, a curated resource library, and recorded workshops on family topics.
Services are primarily delivered in person at our Bangkok premises or online where stated. Bondwell reserves the right to adjust programme formats with reasonable notice. Geographic participation may be subject to scheduling and format availability.
4. Enrolment & Participation
Registration
Enrolment requires completion of a registration form and payment of the applicable programme fee. Places are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Attendance
Sessions run to a scheduled timetable. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions; however, missed sessions may not always be rescheduled. For Together Membership, recordings are provided where technically feasible.
Conduct in sessions
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. Bondwell reserves the right to remove a participant from a session or programme if their conduct adversely affects others.
Programme changes
Bondwell may reschedule or modify a programme due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Affected participants will be offered an alternative date or a proportionate refund where applicable.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Use programme materials and resources for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants — do not share personal details disclosed by others in group sessions.
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written permission from Bondwell.
- Not use our Services to solicit business, distribute unsolicited material, or promote third-party products or services.
- Comply with all applicable Thai laws and regulations when using our Services.
You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on general educational content provided during our programmes. Bondwell does not make decisions on your behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, guides, slide decks, and recordings provided through Bondwell's programmes are the intellectual property of Bondwell or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your enrolment.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute programme materials without written consent.
- Use our name, logo, or materials for commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works based on our Content without permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Bondwell may be used by us to improve our Services without obligation to you.
7. Payment Terms
Fees
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Current programme fees are:
- Co-ordination & Communication Class: ฿3,500 per person
- Family Documents Setup: ฿9,000 per family
- Together Membership: ฿25,500 per year
Payment methods
Bondwell accepts bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as communicated at time of enrolment. Full payment is required to secure a place.
Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before a programme's start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may receive a partial refund at Bondwell's discretion. Together Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days of the membership year.
Price changes
Bondwell reserves the right to revise programme fees. Changes will not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed and paid.
8. Disclaimers
Bondwell's Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law:
- We do not provide legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice.
- General educational content shared in our programmes is not tailored to your individual circumstances.
- We make no representations regarding outcomes that may result from attending our workshops or using our materials.
- Our website and programme content are provided "as available" without warranty of any kind.
You are encouraged to seek qualified professional advice for matters specific to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bondwell shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services.
- Decisions made in reliance on general educational content delivered during programmes.
- Technical interruptions to online delivery formats.
- Loss or damage beyond the fees paid by you for the specific programme concerned.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondwell, its staff, and representatives from any claim, loss, or expense arising from:
- Your breach of this Agreement.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Your conduct during programme sessions.
11. Termination
Either party may end participation in a programme by providing reasonable notice. Bondwell may terminate or suspend your access to Services if you breach these Terms, act in a manner harmful to other participants, or fail to make required payments.
On termination:
- Your licence to use programme materials ceases immediately.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with Section 7.
- Provisions that are naturally ongoing (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the appropriate Thai court or mediating body with jurisdiction over commercial matters in Bangkok.

13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the full understanding between you and Bondwell regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Bondwell's prior written consent. Bondwell may assign this Agreement as part of a business restructure or transfer.
- Notices: Notices to Bondwell should be sent to [email protected] or to our address at 77 Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310.
14. Changes to These Terms
Bondwell may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants by email.
Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any update, please discontinue use and contact us to discuss your enrolment.
